つらいときや心に負担を感じているときには、そのことを書いたり、話したりするのは良い手段だから、つらいことをつらいと表現することは現実逃避じゃないよ。つらいことをつらいと表現するのは、風邪ひいたときに風邪薬飲んだり、暖かくして早めに寝るのと一緒。有効な手段だから、今後もつらいことがあったら、つらいということをどんどん表現として出していくべき。大丈夫、無駄じゃない。
